Eggs, Eggs, and More Eggs

Coturnix quail are built for production. A healthy hen lays approximately 250–300 eggs per year while consuming only about 2 ounces of feed per day — making quail one of the most cost-effective protein sources a homesteader can produce.

Higher protein than chicken eggs by weight

Rich in iron, vitamin B12, riboflavin, and essential minerals

Highly sought after for culinary use and daily nutrition

Lower input, faster production, higher nutrient yield

Quail are quickly becoming the modern alternative to chickens — more efficient, more compact, and built for today's lifestyle.
