Live Animal Agreement

By purchasing live poultry from FableNest Farms, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Understanding of Risks

Live animals carry inherent risks including illness, injury, or death during transit or after arrival. These risks are a normal part of livestock ownership.

2. Live Arrival Guarantee

All birds are guaranteed to arrive alive. If a bird arrives deceased or in poor condition, you must:

• Contact us within 2 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the bird and packaging
• Retain all shipping materials

We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

3. Transfer of Responsibility

Once birds are delivered and accepted, all responsibility for their care, health, and wellbeing transfers to the buyer.

4. Animal Use and Supervision

These are farm animals, not household pets. Buyer agrees that animals will not be handled or cared for unsupervised by:

• Individuals under the age of 18
• Individuals unable to safely manage livestock

Buyer assumes all risks associated with handling and ownership.

5. Buyer Competency

By purchasing, buyer affirms they:

• Have the knowledge to properly raise poultry
• Have appropriate facilities, feed, and equipment
• Understand basic care and biosecurity practices

6. Local Laws and Regulations

Buyer is responsible for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding poultry ownership, including zoning and HOA restrictions. No refunds or cancellations will be provided due to non-compliance.

7. No Guarantee of Sex or Color

Unless explicitly stated as sexed or DNA tested, birds are sold as straight run. Color variations may occur due to genetics.

8. Biosecurity

All birds are raised in a controlled environment. Buyer assumes all risk when introducing new birds to an existing flock. Quarantine is recommended.

9. Limitation of Liability

FableNest Farms' liability is limited to the purchase price of the bird(s). We are not responsible for veterinary costs, loss of other animals, or any indirect damages.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Live Animal Agreement.

Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

By placing an order with FableNest Farms, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Order Finalization

All orders are considered final once placed. Please ensure you are fully committed before completing your purchase.

2. Production Begins Within 24 Hours

Within 24 hours of order placement, we begin production and fulfillment processes, including but not limited to:

• Allocating breeder stock
• Selecting and preparing hatching eggs
• Scheduling live animal fulfillment
• Coordinating logistics and inventory

Because our products are curated and allocated specifically per order, cancellations impact our operations and inventory planning.

3. Cancellation Window

• Orders may be canceled within the first 72 hours (3 days) of purchase for a 50% refund
• After 72 hours, all orders are non-refundable

4. No Exceptions

This policy applies to all products, including:

• Hatching eggs
• Chicks
• Adult birds
• Quints
• Pre-orders and reservations

No exceptions will be made due to:

• Change of mind
• Personal circumstances
• Failure to understand policies
• Local zoning or legal restrictions

5. Buyer Responsibility

• Understand the commitment involved
• Are fully prepared to receive and care for the animals or eggs
