ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the forty-eight contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor or its affiliates are not eligible to participate.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
Each monthly Sweepstakes begins on the first day of the month at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on the last day of the month at 11:59 p.m. ET, or as otherwise specified on the applicable Sweepstakes page. Entries received after the end date will not be considered.
PRIZES
Each Sweepstakes is conducted on a monthly basis and features a prize described on the applicable Sweepstakes page. Prizes consist solely of equipment, merchandise, accessories, apparel, collectibles, and Sponsor-issued gift cards or store credit. At no time does the Sweepstakes offer or award live animals, poultry, or hatching eggs as prizes. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of each prize will be disclosed on the applicable Sweepstakes page. The ARV of any single prize will not exceed one thousand nine hundred ninety-nine dollars ($1,999).
Gift cards or store credit have no cash value and may be redeemed for any eligible products available on Sponsor's website through the standard retail transaction process, subject to normal sales terms, availability, and policies.
HOW TO ENTER
There are two methods of entry. Method one is by purchasing a FableNest Limited Edition Collector Coin. Each coin equals one (1) entry into the applicable monthly drawing. A maximum of fifty (50) entries per person per month is permitted regardless of entry method. Method two is a free Alternate Method of Entry ("AMOE"). To enter without purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and the name of the Sweepstakes on a four-by-six (4×6) inch postcard and mail it to the address specified on the applicable Sweepstakes page. Each eligible postcard equals one (1) entry. All entries must be received by the posted deadline.
A minimum of thirty (30) total eligible entries is required to activate the monthly drawing. If the minimum entry threshold is not met, all eligible entries will automatically roll over to the following month's drawing for the same prize unless otherwise stated.
DRAWING AND WINNER SELECTION
Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries using a random entry selection process. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The selection process is recorded for transparency, and winning entries may be publicly posted.
WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION
Potential winners will be notified via email and/or phone within five (5) business days following the drawing. To claim the prize, winners must respond within seven (7) days of notification and may be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and (where legal) a publicity release. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time, or fails to comply with these rules, or if the prize or notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
TAX REPORTING
Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and costs associated with prize acceptance or use. If the total fair market value of prizes awarded to a winner by Sponsor in a single calendar year equals or exceeds two thousand dollars ($2,000), Sponsor is required by federal law to issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC. As a condition of receiving any prize that triggers this requirement, winners must complete, sign, and return an IRS Form W-9 upon request. Failure or refusal to provide a completed W-9 will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. No entrant may receive prizes from Sponsor totaling two thousand dollars ($2,000) or more in any calendar year.
WINNERS LIST
For a list of winners (available after the drawing), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Sponsor at the address provided, postmarked within sixty (60) days following the applicable drawing date.
PRIVACY
Personal information collected from entrants will be used by Sponsor solely for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes, verifying eligibility, and notifying winners. Such information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill these purposes or as required by law. By entering, you consent to such use.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering or participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
By entering, each entrant waives any and all claims, causes of action, and liabilities against Sponsor, Blue J Industries LLC, and their respective owners, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns arising out of or related to participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use any prize.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree not to institute any legal action, claim, demand, or proceeding against Sponsor related to the Sweepstakes and agree that any and all disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
Under no circumstances shall Sponsor be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, damaged, or fraudulent entries. Automated, robotic, bulk, or mechanically reproduced entries are prohibited and will be disqualified.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as permitted by law.
GOVERNING LAW
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
WINNER PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, photograph, video, likeness, and prize information for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, without additional compensation or notice.
If a winner declines publicity participation, Sponsor will honor the request where legally required; however, basic winner information may still be disclosed as necessary to comply with Sweepstakes transparency requirements.
